Earlier in his career, Lumi led the development of the proof-of-concept models for the Australian Energy Market Operator’s inaugural Integrated System Plan, the country’s flagship strategy for the energy transition. Lumi holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics.

George is an elite energy market modeller, software engineer, and product leader. With 15+ years across planning, market design, and investment analytics, he was a core PLEXOS developer. As Synapse co-founder, he leads the technical development of its software suite, including Amplink and MarketBrain.
